I feel like pumpkin is a flavor that everyone loves
when the air turns cool
and the leaves turn red

I thought I would share some great pumpkin finds I have tried so far this year
just in case you haven't enjoyed the deliciousness yet.

Last year Costco had pumpkin spice almonds.
They were amazing.
I haven't seen them there yet
but they do have these...

Always a favorite, Nielsen's,
but it came earlier this year.
Pumpkin oreo, trust me, it's amazing.

And next time you're grocery shopping,
snatch a pack of these.
You won't regret it!

"There is an emptiness inside of you -- a void that will never be filled. No one in your life will ever love you as your mother does. There is no love as pure, unconditional and strong as a mother's love and you may never be loved that way again. Do you ever get over it? No. But you get on with your life, and it will always be a part of your life. It defines who you are. One day you will be a mother, and will love someone in that way. It doesn't make you miss your mother any less, but it does help to soften the hurt that is there."

Yesterday we went to the Ogden temple dedication.
I love that they broadcast these now.

Listening to the speakers got em excited for General Conference in a couple of weeks.
I love that time to listen and reflect and to become better.

Yesterday President Monson spoke and gave three sermonettes about temples, he said;
Love the temple
Appreciate the temple
Attend the temple

I loved those three simple points.
Something to think about and strive to do.

sleeping under the stars

Friday night we went to our ward camp out at North Fork Park.
It was fun to chat and get to know some more people in the ward.

We decided since it was just one night to just sleep in the back of the truck.
It was fine but I was so cold it was hard to sleep!

It was still fun to see the stars and to wake up to a beautiful view of fall leaves.

Ogden LDS Temple

We finally made it to the Ogden Temple open house on Saturday.
It was beautiful!

I feel like they kept some of the same 70's feel that it had before

in an updated way.

I can't wait to go back!
